The Hoisting Winch on the K-10000 tower crane has a very large drum diameter.  This allows over 3,000ft of hoist line to be spooled in only three layers.  Poor spooling usually commences on the fourth layer and becomes destructive on the fifth.

to equal or exceed 18.0.
